Hello , My name is Jawahar Deep Singh Bhatti. I am a 3d artist since 1998. I have been involved with various aspects of 3d production since 2002. I graduated from Seneca college@york university in 2003 and have been working in the industry since. I started off working as a freelance Technical Illustrator for a technology marketing firm back in 2003. I moved on to doing compositing/ DMR work for IMAX in 2004 shortly after which I started working as a 3d artist for a studio in Toronto. Over the past 10+ years of my professional career in this field , I have worked with various aspects of cg production. I have gained significant experience in the field of cg development for Live Action Feature Films (Compositing, Lighting, Rotoscoping, Matchmoving), Full CG Features (Texture and Shader Development ,Modeling), Episodic Television work , Commercials , Video Game asset creation , Web Development and Commercial Print work.
I have worked as an Asset /Environment Artist on 2 video game titles for the xbox 360 and playstation console. My work includes Star Wars force Unleashed for Lucasfilm and Too Human for Microsoft.
My most recent experience involves working as a senior surfacing artist on various full cg features and television shows over the span of the past 5 years .Please find below a list of my most recent roles as a Senior Texturing artist
I have worked as a 3d artist for various television shows over the span of my career. I was responsible for texturing and modeling assets for Discovery Channels show called "Blueprint for Disaster" and most recently involved as a Surfacing artist for Mattells show called " Barbie : Life in the Dreamhouse"
I was involved with Live Action Compositing work with ILM in 2006-2007. I worked on a couple of features with ILM as a live action compositor. I took my skills gained with ILM and worked with Starz Animation as a Stereoscopic compositor on their 2011 feature called " Gnomeo and Juliet". My compositing experience started in 2005 with IMAX corp when i worked as a compositor / DMR Artist on Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
I worked as a Stereoscopic compositor on Touchstone Pictures animated Feature called "Gnomeo and Juliet (2011)". I was responsible for modifying over a 100 final composites to create the left and right eye renders for Stereoscopic 3d using Eyeon Fusion.
